Just steps away from a private lake in Lake Mont Pines, enjoy the beach and lake trail, as well as access to member-only facilities. During the summer, you can rent (for free) life jackets, paddle boards and various beach equipment and enjoy the community's various summer events at Lake Tanner. The deck faces out to the lake, where you can enjoy meals al fresco or lounge outside under the trees and stars. During winter months, Alpine Modern cabin is only 30 minutes to Bear Valley Ski Resort or sledding at Bear Valley Adventure Company.

Where you will sleep:

- The Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Desk Area.
- The Loft Area sleeps up to 4 people, with a Queen Bed and Twin over Full Bunk Bed. There is also a lounge area and Desk upstairs.

Washer and dryer on site. Bed linens and towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.

Stay connected for work with two separate workstations, which offers high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Cable and Netflix access. The fully stocked renovated kitchen offers a gas range, with ample pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to cook up your favorite meals at the cabin. Rice Cooker, Microwave, Slow Cooker and Toaster available. There is also a Dishwasher, Weber Charcoal BBQ and gas grill on site.

Coffee amenities include: Chemex (bring your own filters & coffee beans), milk steamer and a Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker.

There is a plethora of books, board games, and beach/lake/snow fun to help the kids get unplugged, along with a wood stove for cozy fire making, as well as a gas furnace, controlled by Nest.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there. Keyless Entry for your arrival and stay. Note, there are stairs to get to the Cabin entrance.

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved and housebroken dogs welcomed, but must not be left alone (must be over 1 year old - max 2 dogs) with $50 non-refundable pet fee (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing, max 2). Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
